Tony Litster and Gavin McCaleb have been full time in real estate for three years. We have enjoyed quick success using a few different strategies and have really carved out a niche focusing on Short Sales. In that time a common question arose from family, friends, and passers-by: How are you guys doing that?

At first we thought it was a great secret that should be hidden and kept safe. We reasoned that if we gave away our systems and strategies we would be left with nothing. For the first and only time, we were wrong. We now see that there are enormous opportunities in real estate, and that there is plenty for everyone.

We now speak publicly for the hugely successful and one-of–a–kind real estate college Nouveau Riche.  In addition to presenting in large group settings, we have a few openings for one on one mentoring with students who are committed to success.
